For an altogether different waterfront spectacle, Red Bull Up The Mast returns to the Barbican and Sutton Harbour on Saturday 26 September.
This unusual, high-energy knockout competition challenges daring participants to race along a slippery greased mast and capture the flag, avoiding the water below. Speed, balance and determination are all essential, while spectators can expect dramatic slips, last-second saves and plenty of excitement.
