Planning your visit to Sutton harbour
Visit Sutton Harbour
Plymouth is nestled between Devon and Cornwall, with some of the UK’s best scenery surrounding the city in Dartmoor, South East Cornwall and the South Hams.
Sutton Harbour is in the very heart of Plymouth, and there is plenty of parking in the area.
From the city centre, it’s an easy five-minute walk: cross Royal Parade and continue along Princess Street to Notte Street.
Turn left and continue on to Vauxhall Street, then turn right at Looe Street to reach the harbour.
Join the A38 Devon Expressway to Plymouth and follow signs for Sutton Harbour and the Barbican.
Ample long-stay parking is available at Harbour Car Park – follow the brown visitor signs after exiting the A38. You can pay on-site by coins, card or mobile device.
