We may collect Personal Data about you from a number of sources, including the following:

From you when you agree to take a service or product from us or because you have requested we provide information, such as a berthing fee estimate.  We will hold data this data which may include your names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, how you will pay for the product or service including your bank details (for direct debit instructions), credit card information given by customers (this will be used to process a payment but card information will never be held once the transaction is processed). Other details held and processed may include boat name, type, make, length, beam, draft and other associated vessel details.

From you when you contact us with an enquiry or when you voluntarily subscribe to receive our newsletter by email or you respond to a communication from us, in which case, this may tell us something about how you use our services.

From documents that are available to the public, such as the electoral register.

From Customer Declarations where we are required to do so by legal obligation under common law or statute, for example HMRC require declarations to be made for the use of marine diesel fuel when purchased and information collected in this way will be held for inspection by them as required.

From third parties to whom you have provided information with your consent to pass it on to other organisations or persons.

CCTV

CCTV is installed in a number of locations in and around the Harbour for the purpose of public safety, crime detection and pollution management.  Signage is appropriately displayed to advise that CCTV is operational and images are taken of the site which may include images of site users and vehicles including registration numbers. This data is held for Legitimate Interests and is retained for a maximum of 14 days.  This data will only be accessed by Law Enforcement Agencies or under Legal Obligation or authorised personnel.
