Sutton Lock will be closed to marine traffic on Monday 19th April from 07.30 until 17.30 to enable engineers working for the Environment Agency to carry out a routine dive survey and inspection to check that the lock gates are in good working order.
Vessels wishing to move in and out of Sutton Harbour will have access to the lock for short periods between 11.30 and 12.00 and 14.00 and 14.30.
The Sutton Harbour Pedestrian Footbridge will also be closed to the public between 07.30 and 17.30 on Monday 19th April for health and safety reasons while the inspection is being carried out.
