Situated in the heart of Plymouth, where the city meets the sea, Sutton Harbour Marina boasts an enviable location as well as superior marina facilities and excellent customer service.
All berths are fully serviced with local utility connections and nearby fuel and pump-out facilities as well as 24-hour gated access.
The award-winning marina is monitored by on-site personnel and 24-hour CCTV. Berth holders also benefit from the Sutton Harbour lock gates, providing unrivalled shelter and protection for all vessels.
The lock is staffed 24-hours-a-day with access available upon request and a free flow period of up to three hours either side of high tide when locking through is not required.

Providing a warm welcome at the Marina Office, ensuring you enjoy your stay and providing berthing assistance to suit your needs, from daily weather information to guide you through the lock-free flow guide.

The Marina Office is open 8 am to 6 pm, seven days a week. For assistance outside of office hours, please call Sutton Lock on 01752 204732 or on VHF Channel 12.
Berthing Events
Sutton Harbour Marina hosts a lively Berth Holder Events Programme, with a variety of social, sailing, charity and educational events held throughout the year, exclusive to berth holders.
Meet fellow berth holders at our regular Socials. You will also be invited to our Annual Berth Holder Summer Party with complimentary drinks and canapés and a spectacular view of the British Firework Championships.
Plymouth has long been a sailing hub for both professionals and hobbyists. The marina hosts world-class sailing events and rallies every year bringing some of the best sailors to the city and welcomes important visiting yachts such as eXXpedition’s S/V TravelEdge and historically fascinating Tall Ships such as the Pelican of London, throughout the year.
