1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the competition to win a £50 voucher equivalent to a meal for two at The Stable (“Competition”).
1.2. The promoter of the Competition is Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Sutton Harbour, The Stable, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition.
2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to require participants to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must:
a. Like the relevant competition post on the Sutton Harbour Facebook page (“Post”).
b. Tag in the comments of the Post the person they would bring to The Stable.
c. Follow both Sutton Harbour and The Stable on Facebook.
3.2. For an extra entry, participants can subscribe to the Sutton Harbour newsletter via the provided link on the Post. Those already subscribed to the newsletter will receive an automatic entry.
3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted, with the possibility of one additional entry through newsletter subscription.
3.4. The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3.5. The Competition will close at midnight on the 31st August. Any entries made after this time will not be counted.
4. The Prize
4.1. The prize is a £50 voucher redeemable at The Stable (“Prize”).
4.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Competition period.
5.2. The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook within 7 days of the Competition closing date. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
5.3. Any communications will come directly from Sutton Harbour’s and The Stable’s official social accounts, and we will request the winner’s full name, email, and postal address to fulfil the prize. Please be aware of spam accounts.
5.4. The Prize will be sent to the winner by email within 14 days of responding to the Promoter’s notification.
6. Data Protection and Publicity
6.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree that any personal information provided with their entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.
6.2. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional material related to the Competition.
7. General
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition and these Terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
7.2. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3. The Competition and these Terms will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
